REMOTE OFFICE WORKING—FACILITIES & CHARGE
We provide the following services for regular or occasional users
Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm
(other available by prior arrangement)

£8 per day / £5 half day includes

Fully equipped workstation with pc / or your own laptop

Encrypted WiFi internet access
¨
Occasional use of private meeting room
(available on request)

Dedicated locker/storage facility

Use of lounge/reception area and kitchen
(tea/coffee inclusive for users)
ROOM HIRE

Small meeting room (up to three people) - £ 5 per hour
(other by prior arrangement)
¨
Large meeting room (up to ten people) - £70 per day / £45 half day
Voluntary Organisations - £20 per session
(1 – 3 hrs)
(Hire of both facilities include)
- No cancellation charges to alter or cancel your bookings
- Multiple power points for laptop and other devices
- Free encrypted WiFi internet access
- Access to printing / internet services (in addition to hire fee)
- Flip chart/projector/screen /white screen for meetings (booked in advance)
- Use of full kitchen facilities
- VAT included in all charges
- Inclusive of all utility charges
